For the dead who couldn’t make it to Brucefest this year, I’m very happy to share this shot of the family from Evil Dead Rise. Watch them get together or separate – in theaters April 21st.
Recall the plot:
A road-weary Beth pays a late visit to her older sister Ellie, who is raising three children alone in a cramped Los Angeles apartment. But the sisters’ reunion is interrupted by the discovery of a mysterious book deep in the bowels of Ellie’s house, resulting in bloodthirsty demons in the building. Horrific events drag Beth into a primal battle for survival as she faces the most nightmarish version of motherhood imaginable.
