According to the source, smartphones will come with 8 or 12 GB of RAM and a drive of 128, 256 or 512 GB. Entry-level versions with 8 GB of RAM and 512 GB of ROM will be equipped with UFS 3.1 memory, while more advanced models use UFS 4.0 memory. As for RAM, all versions of new Xiaomi smartphones use LPDDR5X.
The report says that Xiaomi 13 is equipped with a main camera built on the basis of a 54-megapixel Sony IMX800 sensor with support for optical image stabilization. It is complemented by a 12-megapixel OmniVision OV13B ultra-wide-angle sensor and a 10-megapixel Samsung S5K3K1 sensor with 3x optical zoom. Xiaomi 13 will receive a 4500mAh battery with support for 67W wired charging and 50W wireless charging.
The main camera of Xiaomi 13 Pro is based on a 50-megapixel 1-inch Sony IMX989 sensor with support for optical image stabilization. In addition to this, there is a 50MP Samsung JN1 ultra wide-angle sensor and a 50MP telephoto lens with 3x optical zoom. According to the source, the device is equipped with a 4820 mAh battery with support for 120 W wired charging and 50 W wireless charging.
It is reported that both smartphones will come in several body color options, one of which will be released in a limited edition. Users will be able to choose between black and white body options, as well as leather back and glass back options.
