The fan made expansion created by jedijosh920, it should be specified, at the time of writing is not free but can be downloaded only and exclusively by those who participate in the fundraiser started on Patreon by the creator of this project.
However, just take a look at the gameplay video made by the modder himself to realize the goodness of the work done on this amateur DLC: the new first person view lets players find out what our friendly neighborhood superhero is looking at as he explores New York City by jumping from one skyscraper to another.
