Xiaomi probably makes literally every electronics you can think of, from smartphones and gaming monitors to refrigerators and washing machines.
Of course, all this is not produced by Xiaomi itself, but by partner companies that pay a percentage to sell their products under a well-known brand, gaining popularity outside of China. And now the manufacturer has decided to enter the computer components market, which, in fact, will be relatively easy to conquer, because there is no such impressive competition and some system components do not require investment in development and research. For example, the company decided to launch a computer case for a compact PC on the market – it has not yet gone on sale, but it looks cool.
The case is really quite compact, so you definitely won’t be able to put a large motherboard in it, plus you need to understand that the manufacturer focuses on accessibility, at least for the first batch. Accordingly, the company will put a case for building a small PC on the market, make it inexpensive and look at how it will be bought.
If everything goes smoothly, then users will soon receive a whole series of cases of this format, and if not, Xiaomi will simply go to another niche. But we would really like the giant to succeed, as this will allow us to assemble a computer from available components with pleasure and at the same time not think about quality or overpriced.
