The well-known Chinese manufacturer Xiaomi has already become famous in the PC market with its laptops for content creators and gamers. Now the company is ready to introduce its first small form factor desktop PCs. Initially, Xiaomi planned to present two mini-PCs on December 1, but postponed this event to a later date. But thanks to a leak from Weibo, there are photos and information about new products.
According to preliminary information, Xiaomi is preparing two models. This is a compact nettop based on AMD Ryzen 7 6800H APU with Radeon 680M iGPU graphics. The PC will receive 16 GB of memory and a 512 GB SSD. In the full configuration, the cost of such a device will be 3999 yuan or 570 US dollars, in the version without memory and drive 2999 yuan (approximately 427 dollars). The system uses the Windows operating system.
The company is also preparing a Xiaomi Host Mini PC device in SFF format. In appearance, such a case is able to accommodate Mini-ITX motherboards and dual-slot video cards. There are places for fans 80 mm or 90 mm.
There is no exact data on the internal characteristics of such a mini-PC. It is not clear whether it will also be based on AMD processors. It is only known that the PC is equipped with a 100 W power supply.
