Microsoft has announced that next-gen games for Xbox Series X and Xbox Series S will be sold at an increased price. Starting in 2023, the company will sell new releases from Xbox Game Studios for $70. In particular, this will affect Redfall, Starfield and the new Forza Motorsport.
However, all releases from Microsoft’s internal studios will still be available on Xbox Game Pass on release day. It’s worth noting that other publishers such as Electronic Arts and Ubisoft have already raised their prices for upcoming releases to $70 as well.
