Publisher Ubisoft today announced the long-awaited news for fans of the tactical shooter Rainbow Six Siege. With the release of the Operation Solar Raid update, the game gets a full-fledged cross-platform multiplayer and cross-platform saves.
Console players in Siege can now team up with players from other platforms using a single Ubisoft Connect account. If desired, in the settings you can disable the selection of cross-platform games on consoles. By syncing your profile with Ubisoft Connect, players will also receive cross-platform saves – they will have access to a single profile on all platforms. A separate article on the Ubisoft website (here in Russian) contains details of cross-platform synchronization.
Recall that Rainbow Six Siege is 7 years old this year. The project is available on Game Pass.
