After the polarizing launch of Diablo Immortal this year, fans of the series have been looking forward to the release of Diablo 4 for some time. We already knew that it will be in 2023 – but a leak could now the exact date of the new action -RPG by Blizzard revealed. So did the Twitter user Lumia updates discovered in the hidden data of the Microsoft Store. The Dataminer has been right several times in the past.
When is Diablo 4 coming out?
If the background data in the Microsoft Store is correct, Diablo 4 will apparently be launched on June 5, 2023. At 11 p.m. there is also a time for the launch. Because of the different time zones, the game could not be released in other regions until June 6, 2023. On Xbox, Diablo 4 will take up around 80GB of hard drive space. Similar values can be expected on PC and Playstation, for which the Blizzard title will also appear.
Big announcement at the Game Awards?
Maybe it won’t be long before the release of Diablo 4 is made official anyway. According to current rumors, Blizzard is preparing for an announcement at the Game Awards. The award ceremony will take place this week in the night from Thursday to Friday. Insider Tom Henderson has also revealed that some journalists will be releasing their hands-on coverage of the game ahead of the event.
