With the arrival of the new Hearthstone expansion, we had the right to a lot of content in terms of cards, but also classes. However, there are also cosmetic novelties with in particular the arrival of a new ornament, the signature cards!
What is a signature card?
You have to understand that the signature card will not change the way you play. In effect, we are not talking here about rarity strictly speaking. This is not a card that only exists like that and you will be able to have classic versions of signature cards on Hearthstone.
It’s just a new ornament that makes your cards prettier. Indeed, on these, you will have for example the right to an image that does not occupy only the upper part of the card as is usually the case. Indeed, it continues in the background on the lower part as well.
These signature cards will also have a style that will depend on their extension. For example, for March of the Lich King, we will have the right to an icy sepia background supposed to remind us of the powers of the Lich King. Finally, not all cards can benefit from this ornament. Only 18, for example, are affected by this extension.
To get one of these cards, unfortunately you will not be able to create it yourself. Indeed, you will necessarily have to go through the opening of the pack and as much to tell you that the news did not necessarily delight Hearthstone players!
