Head Xbox Phil Spencer informed on Twitter that Microsoft has committed to releasing Call of Duty games on Nintendo platforms within 10 years. This will take place after the closing of the deal with Activision Blizzard.
Spencer also confirmedthat Microsoft is ready to continue releasing Call of Duty games and Steam – Simultaneously with the Xbox. The company is committed to delivering more projects to more people, regardless of platform, he said. Brad Smith, president and chief legal officer of Microsoft, confirmed that Sony had already been offered a 10-year deal to release CoD on PlayStation platforms, but Sony would not comment on it.
