publishing house Tripwire Interactive announced the release of a major update Winter War for medieval multiplayer action Chivalry 2.
The update will add a large winter map, a VIP character, a king to the game Argona II, and the ability to wield a two-handed staff, as well as for the first time in the series will introduce a battle pass. Players will be able to earn experience by unlocking a range of free rewards. The pass also has a premium version – especially valuable items are unlocked only after its purchase, however, to receive them, you will have to distinguish yourself in battle.
The Winter War Premium Campaign Pass can be purchased for in-game currency – access will cost 1000 crowns. The developers note that their battle pass, unlike other multiplayer games, has no time limits.
In addition, from December 8 to 11, Chivalry 2 will host a free weekend.
