A small screen that pays attention to your eyes
For its new model, Kobo offers a small compact size to be easily taken everywhere with you during your journeys, in transport for example (only 171 grams). The Clara 2E relies on a 6-inch E Ink HD screen with a resolution of 300 dpi. This e-link screen is of fairly good quality and is also pleasant day and night, because the brand emphasizes reading comfort by integrating a Dark mode as well as Kobo’s famous ComfortLight PRO function, which comes adjust brightness and color temperature.
With its Clara 2E, Kobo wants to offer a more eco-conscious reader. It’s made with over 85% recycled plastic, including 10% plastic that was destined to be thrown into the ocean. The manufacturer also insists that the packaging itself is made from recycled paper.

Kobo has not neglected autonomy and provides several weeks of use on its reader before running out of battery. The duration of the autonomy will depend on your personal use, but such a capacity, you will almost forget to recharge it. Finally, last advantage and not least, the Clara 2E is IPX8 certified and therefore totally waterproof. It will therefore not be afraid of splashes if you use it in your bath.
