It is well known that too many cooks spoil the broth. The launch event for “Need for Speed Unbound” in London, organized by several agencies from different countries, proves the opposite. We were there and, in addition to cool cars, we also met a number of interesting personalities.
What do a young up-and-coming fashion label from Berlin, a media artist from Cologne and a freelance illustrator from London have to do with the latest part of Electronic Arts’ racing game series “Need for Speed”? That’s exactly what we found out at the launch event for “Need for Speed Unbound” in the English capital – and also that the organization can function smoothly when responsibility is distributed around the globe.
Awesome carts, artistic designs
In “Need for Speed Unbound” the focus is of course on the spectacular arcade racing action. And the vehicles themselves, in which you’ll put your foot down, compete in races, drift challenges, and tons of other events in the massive open world. In particular, high-horsepower vehicles should not be missing in the event location in north-east London, which from the outside is vaguely reminiscent of a mechanic’s workshop.
