December 8th, 2022 at 6:30 p.m. by Philipp Sattler – With the new talent trees came many new synergies to WoW. The well-known player Rextroy looks for these and transforms them into spectacular actions. His target is either raid bosses or Horde players. The latter had to believe it this time – without any warning.
The new talent trees are one of the big new features of WoW: Dragonflight. They should replace the borrowed power for years and provide enough game depth. It should come as no surprise that there are a lot of bugs in such a complicated system. However, some bugs are merely synergies that are so good that they can definitely be called exploits. And that’s exactly what the YouTuber Rextroy is looking for and turns them into funny actions.
In the current case, he once again unpacked the one-shots and targeted careless players of the Horde. They didn’t even have the slightest chance of defending themselves in any way. So Rextroy could smile in their faces with his paladin, just push a single button and the Hordler was in the dust.

Lots of preparation, no mercy
The one-shot is based on a Paladin talent called redemption. A stat based on the damage redirected by Blessing of Sacrifice will stack up in the background, which will then be added to the next Judgment or Word of Glory for bonus damage or healing.
Normally, this damage can be a maximum of 30 percent of your own life points. But what if you have extremely high life points … for example due to the buff from Tidal Surge from the Throne of the Tides? Then suddenly a lot of damage accumulates. If the buff is gone again, the high value collected remains.
And since this stat is processed somewhere in the background, rather than as a buff, it doesn’t go away either. Not even when ported into an Arena match! All you have to do now is throw Judgment in your opponent’s face and watch them drop dead.

The preparation is of course a bit tricky and time-consuming. Because someone has to suffer all the damage because you want to redirect. The Valuable Bloodthorn Ring helped here. But the result was obviously worth it. But if you think you can set a new record in the arena, we’ll have to disappoint you. As (almost) always, Rextroy only released this video after the exploit was fixed.
