In the media frame of The Game Awards 2022, SEGA and Nintendo surprised fans of the Bayonetta saga by officially announcing Bayonetta Origins: Cereza and the Lost Demona spin-off adventure coming to Switch next year.
The trailer proposed to us by the two Japanese video game giants takes its cue from the most decisive events of the third chapter of theaction odyssey experienced by the Umbrian Witch (in case you missed it, here you can find our review of Bayonetta 3) to connect with Cereza’s prequel story.
During the adventure, which we will experience strictly from a perspective borrowed from action RPGs with an isometric-like view, we will have to help Cereza and her demon Cheshire to repel the supernatural entities that will try to control the dynamic duo. The gameplay reveal of TGA 2022 allows us to peek into the folds of the play system packaged by SEGA to immerse ourselves in the fairy-tale atmospheres of this work.
At this point we just have to leave you with the presentation video of Bayonetta Origins: Cereza and the Lost Demon, but not before informing you that the prequel adventure of Bayonetta with Cereza will be available in exclusive to Nintendo Switch from March 17, 2023.
