Today at the Game Awards 2022, Bungie dropped the latest trailer for the upcoming expansion – Destiny 2: Lightfall – published, which will be released on February 28, 2023. The gameplay trailer introduces the brand new Focus Strang, the Neptunian neon metropolis of Neomuna, and much more.
Destiny 2 was also nominated for Best Ongoing Game and Best Community Support at the Game Awards 2022. Bungie would like to thank all of the Guardians who voted for the team – and promises to keep striving to provide the best gaming experience and community support in Destiny 2 to offer.
Earlier this week is in Destiny 2 Season of the Seraph started. It features new seasonal activities and weekly missions culminating in acquiring a new exotic weapon. There are also Crucible updates and much more. Also kicking off this week is the Moments of Triumph celebration, as Guardians come together to celebrate their achievements over the past year of The Witch-Queen expansion and get ready for the launch of Destiny 2: Lightfall can prepare.
