To have overtaken the title FromSoftwareelected just last night game of the year 2022 at the Game Awards, was Call of Duty Modern Warfare 2. The number of copies sold of the latest installment of the Activision shooter series managed in just over a month to do better than Elden Ring in almost a year, underlining once again how much the return of the Infinity Ward series has been appreciated by fans of old and long standing.
