Returnal was one of the Sony PlayStation 5 exclusives that was rumored to be ported to PC for a long time. But the official announcement of the computer version took place only now, as part of The Game Awards 2022.

Returnal already has a Steam page, but no release date has been announced. The release is promised at the beginning of the year, probably the game will be released before The Last of Us Part 1.
