Private Division and Piccolo Studio have announced “After Us”. The adventure game will be released in spring 2023 for PC on Steam as well as for PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X|S. You take on the role of Gaia, the spirit of life, and bring back hope to a shattered planet as you journey through a surreal, post-human world. To save the souls of extinct animals, you will traverse breathtaking environments while using Gaia’s powers to combat the dangers plaguing the inhospitable planet Earth.
“After Us” combines Piccolo Studios’ signature immersive narrative style with compelling exploration and adventure gameplay. Gaia must jump, slide, sprint, walk along walls and swim to avoid deadly obstacles and enemies. As the embodiment of life, she possesses the power to help restore and rebuild the planet. Through the power of the light of life, Gaia allows new plants to grow, which reveal new paths to her.
