I The Game Awards 2022 have been able to give us many surprises during the night between 8 and 9 December 2022. Among the many novelties that appeared on the stage of the event presented by the well-known Geoff Keighley, one of all won the hearts of many fans of the trilogy of BioShock: Judasthe new title from Ghost Story Games.
Following the appearance of the very first Judas reveal trailer, a lot of information has emerged regarding what will be the upcoming work by Ken Levine. A few hours after the arrival on the net of some details about the high replayability of Judas, deriving from the codename “Replay” which is a mirror of the presence of numerous narratively different endings, some news as regards the synopsis of the product.
According to what we can read from the Steam title page, a desperate escape plan and a dissolving spaceship will be the key ingredients to enrich a narrative with high potentialas emerged from the recent information that would see the presence of several biblical references and not only within the upcoming work by Ghost Story Games.
“A decaying spaceship. A desperate escape plan. You are the mysterious and tormented Judas. Your only hope for survival is to create or destroy alliances with your worst enemies. Will you be able to work together to fix what you have broken, or will you let it burn?” This is the incipit of the plot of Judas, the story-driven title with narrative and playful styles that strongly recall the productions directed by BioShock’s father.
