Riot Games, maker of games like League of Legends and VALORANT, announced today that it will be holding a charity voting campaign to give players around the world the opportunity to decide which organizations to support through Riot.

The US company has allocated more than 6 million dollars, raised through various charitable initiatives in its games, to create for each country a fund proportional to its contribution to these campaigns.
From December 12 to 22, players will be able to visit the Riot website for learn about all selected non-profit organizations and choose which one they want Riot to give the funds to. At the end of the voting period, the organization with the most votes in each country will receive 50% of the funds allocated to that country, while the other two will each receive 25%. Riot has guaranteed a minimum donation of $10,000 to each non-profit that participates in the initiative.
