Director Patty Jenkins published an open letter on Twitter on Wednesday night. It’s not usually her way to talk about things that go on behind the scenes in Hollywood regarding her career. But she wanted to prevent misinformation from continuing to circulate.
Actually, this very detailed letter is about the production of Wonder Woman 3. But before she makes her point about the superhero film clear, she first goes into detail about her Star Wars project. Although this is still a long way from publication, it is making progress.
Star Wars Rogue Squadron: Director Patty Jenkins is back on board
In her open letter on Twitter, she lets her fans know that she once left the production of the new movie set in the Star Wars universe due to lack of time. “When it became clear that the implementation would take longer, I didn’t want to delay Wonder Woman 3 any further.”

However, the director was apparently asked by Lucasfilm to return once production of Wonder Woman 3 was complete. “It was a great honor for me, so I agreed,” she clarified in her letter on Twitter. So she signed a new contract with the producers of Star Wars.
