The Avalanche Software team has put together a new gameplay demo of the action RPG Hogwarts Legacy, which is over 34 minutes long. It began with a show of flying on a broom in the vicinity of the School of Witchcraft and Wizardry.
It is noted that players will be able to improve their broom by changing it both externally and internally, for example, it will be possible to increase its speed or flight height. To quickly move around the locations, you can use various mounts, including hippogriffs.
Then the developers talked about the fact that not only day and night will change in the game, but also the seasons. True, the change of seasons will not occur in real time, but as the plot develops. In addition to nature, the interior decorations of the school will also change, for example, a Christmas tree will appear in the main hall in winter.
Further, the video showed a battle arena located in the Forbidden Forest and intended for training wizards. At the end of the video, you can see the Rescue Room, which will become a kind of personal room for the protagonist – you can customize its appearance and even keep various rescued little animals in it.
We remind you that the release of the project is scheduled for February 10 next year on PC and consoles of the current generation. Hogwarts Legacy will be released on PS4 and Xbox One on April 4th, and on the Nintendo Switch on July 25th.
