December 17th, 2022 at 12:30 p.m. by Maximilian Hohm – The Chinese AIB Yeston has presented the Radeon RX 7900XT(X) Sakura. The models are not characterized by technical finesse, like Hall of Fame or Red Devil Ultimate models do, but offer an extravagant look that clearly sets them apart from all other graphics cards. Therefore, read more about the new graphics cards from Yeston below.
In this country there is a selection of exclusive add-in board partners (AIB) that cover the market for AMD graphics cards and from which you can buy all imaginable variations of RX 6000 and RX 7000 models. Among them are many big names with Powercolor, Sapphire and XFX, who are responsible for good custom graphics cards. But outside of Germany there are other partners who are hardly known in this country. One of them is the Chinese manufacturer Yeston, which is now drawing attention to itself with a new model of the Radeon RX 7900 XT(X) Sakura.

The design of the graphics card can only be described as adventurous by European standards, but the controversial look is only an interesting part of the new graphics cards. Yeston also seems to be using new manufacturing processes to make these designs more stable and durable. A combination of injection molding, hot stamping and laser etching is used. The printed labels, on the other hand, can be removed and replaced as Yeston offers new designs.
Otherwise, the Sakura series offers standard fare for the high-end area. Three fans are housed on the triple slot cooler and cool AMD’s current high-end GPUs. The clock rates correspond to the factory state, it is relatively clear that the main focus is on the optics. Not only the graphics cards themselves look interesting, the packaging also seems to continue with this concept. It contradicts AMD’s normal design rules and guidelines relatively clearly and only a small label identifies the model as a graphics card at all. The graphics cards are priced at 7,999 and 7,399 RMB, which equates to $1,147 and $1,060, respectively. Both models are now sold out.
