Star Wars game news: Ubisoft Massive is looking for testers for its ambitious open-world game

Ubisoft Massive has just published an offer for players. The studio, which is currently working on an ambitious open-world title in the Star Wars universe, is looking for people to be able to test its work. However, there is a somewhat restrictive condition to respect.
The project takes shape
It’s been some time since Ubisoft gave any news of its next Star Wars game. Announced last year, the studio’s project, developed in partnership with LucasFilm Games, remains very discreet for the moment. Nevertheless, things could potentially change in the near future. Ubisoft Massive has just published an ad to recruit players to have them test the game.
Of course, you will still have to be patient. Last February, Yves Guillemot, CEO of Ubisoft, declared that this title was still “at the beginning of its development”. The studio’s work is taking shape, but this first approach will probably not show the extent of the potential of this new title.
This test phase open to the public nevertheless includes prerequisites, or rather a potentially binding prerequisite.
Registration is open, but…
To be able to apply for this first test phase, nothing could be simpler. Just follow this link and follow the steps put in place by Massive. Nevertheless, not everyone will be able to lay their hands on this project which does not yet have a name. Based in Malmö, Sweden, the studio favors locals in and around the city. If you live or stay on the side of the Malmö side, it’s all good for you. For those who absolutely wanted the development of this title, but who live far from Sweden, you know what you have to do. And if you miss this opportunity, don’t panic. You can still wait for the release of Star Wars Jedi: Survivor on March 17.
