Despite the various problems afflicting Call Of Duty Modern Warfare 2, the Activision-branded title continues to be the subject of great interest on social media. In recent days, for example, the community made fun of the new Ghost design.
In the Reddit post published by Goldenkoiifish, several users expressed a negative opinion on Simon Riley’s new look, judged funny enough to be compared to a thumb. According to general opinion, the absence of a chin mask cover gives a very strange shape to Ghost’s face which, combined with his expression, makes him look tired and lost in multiple shots.
Yet it seems that Ghost will be the protagonist of the new single-player expansion of COD Modern Warfare 2 scheduled for 2023. The rumors about it were launched by the well-known videogame insider Tom Henderson, according to which the developers plan to delve into the story of the character through a DLC with a strong narrative component which will then be followed, in turn, by a new spinoff title.
In the meantime, the question of the exclusivity of the entire Call Of Duty franchise continues to hold sway. A Bloomberg report reveals that Microsoft would have offered Sony the opportunity to include the title in the PlayStation Plus catalogwith the Japanese giant which has not yet expressed itself.
