The latest update for Gloria Victis makes the long-awaited, clear and distinct division between the low-risk and high-risk parts of the world. In essence, the open PVP zone is divided into special zones: the main zone, where players do not lose equipment, and a smaller central zone, where battles for the main resources can occur constantly, but with increased risk.
These fights in the center of the map focus on 9 new castles. Until today’s update, these castles were guild-controlled locations, immune to regular sieges and raids, which provided their owners with relative safety. They now offer the best crafting workshops and the resources needed to create the best equipment, but since they are now regular castles, they can be besieged and conquered by all nations at any time.
In the added Christmas event, you can earn unique holiday skins and decorations.
