The current production of MAN!AC co-founder Winnie Forster’s Gameplan publishing company proves and underlines how time flies for us players in two ways: Exactly 20 years after we first published the encyclopedia of the “Game Consoles & Home Computers” showed, message and pictures of the current, fifth version reached us. The book has long been regarded as Germany’s best and most popular gaming reference work, growing from a timid 144 to now 288 full pages and around 800 pictures.

The actual “Game Consoles & Home Computers“-edition now covers exactly 50 years of gaming, from “Pong” and the original console Magnavox Odyssey 1972 to the Meta Quest Pro VR glasses 2022.
