Reported from ADL, a non-profit organization that focuses on hate speech actions, noted that Valorant and DOTA 2 contributed the highest number of cases of hate speech and sexual harassment of underage players with respective percentages of 80% and 71% followed by Fortnite, Destiny 2, and PUBG with sequential figures of 66% and 65%.

Likewise in acts of harassment towards players with an age range of 10 to 17 years, the two games above contributed the highest number. Perpetrators generally seduce players and then send inappropriate photos or speak vulgarly aimed at underage players who are dominated by women. Teenage boys are also not spared from these indecent acts.
DOTA 2, which is known for its senior MOBA games, is quite interesting to talk about, because in the last two years it has experienced an increase in ranking from previously being in third position to being second. The possible reason is that the community still doesn’t accept new players, considering that DOTA 2 is dominated by people with very high or qualified skills.
If these new players make one mistake they will get insults that are quite hurtful, that’s why compared to MOBA successors such as League of Legends, Arena of Valor, and Mobile Legend which are still less tolerant of this.
