the chinese manufacturer Xiaomi should update its tablet offering in 2023 by introducing new products for this segment and the new Xiaomi Pad 6 series could introduce several novelties in terms of screen and hardware for portable devices.
According to information replicated by the Gizchina website, the Xiaomi Pad 6 Pro it is expected to be based on the Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Plus Gen 1 platform and offer a new 14-inch LTPO OLED display and 144 Hz refresh rate.
The model should support an external pen and keyboard, as well as four stereo speakers and NFC connectivity. The Pad 6 Pro may also arrive in a version based on the MediaTek Dimensity 9000 or 9200 chip with charging up to 120W.
The Xiaomi Pad 6, on the other hand, should take a small step forward compared to its direct predecessor, starting to be equipped with the Qualcomm Snapdragon 870 platform, instead of 860. The other details of this variant are still unknown.
On the software side, the two Pad 6 series tablets should offer a new version of the MIUI for Pad interface, but at the moment there are no indications on what the next news might be. We can only wait for more information.
