Studio Golden Hind Games, together with the publisher Toplitz Productions, has announced a cooperative survival simulator with elements of the sandbox Pirate’s Dynasty. According to the lore of the game, adventurers take on the role of shipwrecked pirates, where they will have to survive on a deserted island, rebuild their base, as well as the ship. The authors state that Pirate’s Dynasty will have a procedurally generated discovery world.
At first, we need to deal with our own survival: look for food, build and go on dangerous outings, where we have to fight with the wildlife of tropical islands. Next, the user will begin to create his own ship, which can be modified at your discretion. All this is necessary in order to go to the open ocean to explore the Caribbean.
Pirate’s Dynasty will have two modes for single player and cooperative play for up to four users. Having gathered with friends, you can build not just a small pirate nest, but build a whole city where NPCs will live. By the way, playing alone we will be able to hire non-player characters.
Pirate’s Dynasty is scheduled to release in the third quarter of 2023 for PC on Steam. Check out the teaser and screenshots below:
