World Champion and Olympic Champion Oleksandr Usyk donated 13.8 million hryvnia to the Newkraine foundation for the restoration of the village of Moshchun, Kyiv region.
“I am pleased to announce that I support the Newkraine charity platform and its project to restore destroyed housing in the village of Moshchun with donations. I call on all our friends, famous people, businesses and international foundations to join and support Newkraine! Ukraine needs our help right now!” Usyk said.
At the beginning of Russia’s full-scale invasion of Ukraine, the village of Moshchun became one of the outposts that helped the Armed Forces of Ukraine stop the enemy and prevent him from capturing Kyiv. Most of Moshchun’s houses were destroyed.
