Before the Christmas holidays, the first major World First Race of World of Warcraft: Dragonflight is over. In the end, there was a real heartbeat finale, in which two large guilds in particular were on the verge of defeating the final boss in the “Vault of Incarnation” raid on the mythical level of difficulty. We’ll tell you all the important details.
This guild emerges victorious
Although a total of four guilds faced the last boss “Raszageth” in the final phase of the World First Race, it ultimately ended in a duel between the European group “Echo” and their US rivals from “Liquid”. The latter were ahead several times, mainly due to the small time advantage on the US servers, made great progress and were considered easy favorites by large parts of the community. However, yesterday evening and thus before Christmas, “Echo” managed to win.
The last phase of the boss fight in particular was of crucial importance, as it resembles a merciless race against time in which you have to deal as much damage as possible. Until shortly before the victory, many fans assumed that this phase could not be mastered without better equipment. But “Echo” proved the opposite and won the coveted title of “World First Kill” against the last boss after eleven days and a total of 265 pulls. What happens now?
The best guilds of World of Warcraft (buy now) now have a lot of time to recover from the hardships, of course the race for the “World Second Kill” continues. But then there is a phase of regeneration, because the next raid in Dragonflight and thus the next World First Race are only due at the start of the second season. This will happen sometime between spring and summer of 2023.
