Earlier this month, Ryan had a meeting with the staff, where the former spoke with the audience about various issues. And as part of this meeting, someone remembered Game Pass. In response, Ryan allegedly hinted that there was nothing to fear here – the number of subscribers to the service was declining, and the number of PS5 sold in two years exceeded the number of Game Pass users in 6-7 years.
Ryan added that Sony has almost reached the 50 million subscriber mark (for PS Plus), while the result of the service Microsoft not so impressive – less than 20 million. But at the same time, Ryan noted that Sony still has a lot of work to do in order to get to those same 50 million.
