Footmercato has conducted an internal editorial survey to identify the best young talents in world football in 2022.
Two Ukrainians got into the team from the top wunderkinds at once, and both represent Shakhtar Donetsk – goalkeeper Anatoly Trubin and winger Mikhail Mudrik. Both scored maximum points in their positions, which allowed them to be in the cohort of the best.

It is noteworthy that in fourth place in the poll for the best young right fullback was the Brazilian Vinicius Tobiaswhose contract belongs to Shakhtar, but he plays on loan for Castilla – a double of Real Madrid.
Also among the nominees there was a place for the Dynamo goalkeeper Ruslana Neshcheret and the center back of the “white-blue” Ilya Zabarnybut they scored 1 and 2 points in the poll, respectively, seriously lagging behind the leaders in their positions.
