Elon Musk continues to disgrace himself on Twitter – late in the evening, the billionaire once again unpleasantly surprised with his response to Dmitry Medvedev’s propaganda fantasies. Responding to a thread with forecasts of Putin’s puppet and the new head of the military-industrial commission of Russia on Twitter, the owner of the social network called it “epic”. This, of course, offended the Ukrainians, who did not really restrain themselves in their responses and fully repaid the entrepreneur in replays to Musk’s tweets.
In this forecast for the next year, which is obviously designed purely for the domestic Russian audience, except for the Anglo-Saxons (yes, again), there is, for example, a statement about the civil war in the United States, but even this did not bother Musk. Also there you can find points from an increase in the price of oil to $150 per barrel and gas prices to $5,000 per thousand cubic meters (by the way, the other day, stock prices for gas in Europe fell by 11% – below $900 per thousand cubic meters, the cost of a futures contract for Brent with supply in February 2023 on the London ICE exchange reached $84 per barrel), as well as the occupation of the western regions of Ukraine by Poland and Hungary.
A few hours after the flurry of criticism and ridicule, Elon Musk published a clarifying tweet in which he criticized Medvedev’s forecasts.

Below is a complete list of Dmitry Medvedev’s predictions, who, as you know, often abuse alcohol.
In general, all these predictions can be divided into two categories: “our enemies are weak and will soon break” and “we are fighting against extremely powerful forces of evil.” Plus a number of Russian propaganda arguments to consolidate the effect, so to speak. A detailed analytical analysis of all this @OSINTtechnical (for those who are interested) can be found in this thread:
Baby for the whole package here, but im going to skip past Elon becoming a reply guy for Dmitry Medvedev (in effect Putin is a feature and a new head from Russia in the municipal-industrial commission) and a heap along the teenager. (Thread) https://t.co/2DQD9Ul43U

As for Elon Musk, whom Ukrainians recently greatly respected, and some even considered their idol and hero, the attitude towards him in Ukraine has changed dramatically after a series of high-profile scandals – from the shameful poll about peace negotiations with Russia with a proposal to give Crimea to the occupiers and the spread of Kremlin narratives and ending with a number of statements regarding the work of Starlink in Ukraine and the almost completely destroyed trust in the social platform Twitter.
It was recently revealed that Elon Musk opposed the European Union’s ban on the Russian state media RT and considered sanctions against the terrorist state’s propaganda resources unfair.
And here it is extremely important not to identify Elon Musk with his companies like Tesla and SpaceX – meanwhile, the shares of the first are experiencing the worst year in their history and last week updated the minimum since November 2020. At its peak, in November 2021, Tesla’s market value was $1.24 trillion, and in a year it fell by more than $800 billion – such a fall reduced Elon Musk’s fortune by $132 billion and he lost the status of the richest person in the world.
Elon Musk is no longer the richest man in the world. His fortune has almost halved from a peak of $340 billion (in particular, due to the purchase of Twitter)
