American skier Mikaela Shiffrin won the first giant slalom at the World Cup in Semmering, Austria. For her, this is the fourth victory this season, and they won in three different disciplines.
Second, 0.13 seconds back, was Slovakia’s Petra Vlhova, who made up most of her 0.72 second gap after her first attempt. Top-3 closed the Italian Marta Bassino.
