According to Shadayev, there is no need to introduce any restrictions; on the contrary, they can be harmful in the current situation. How the government is going to return IT specialists to Russia, however, is not specified, and, judging by Shadayev’s rhetoric, there are no such plans. On the other hand, according to the statistics of the Ministry of Digital Development, the devil is not as bad as he is painted: although a large number of IT people left Russia, 80% of them continue to work in Russian companies. Fortunately, the profession itself allows you to do this.
