All you have to do is launch yourself from a high place and fly a few meters in the air, through a series of maneuvers you can increase the speed in flight and glide, as you can see in the video above. After the first glide you will have to turn around, then glide again and finally move the Pokemon in the desired direction, so as to make your Legendary Pokemon gain speed, repeating the maneuver several times you will gain additional speed to fly even faster.
Clearly, it is a glitch with limited power and the effective flight time at high speed is also quite short, in any case it is worth a try to have a boost that can lead to very interesting effects.
