However, if you dare to look beyond the Nintendo exclusivity box, the next twelve months promise to be packed with gaming highlights. The long-awaited action role-playing game Diablo IV, Bethesda’s space RPG Starfield, and Assassin’s Creed Mirage, turning to the roots of the games series, promise great scores and hundreds of hours of gameplay. Thanks to Zelda, the envy of Nintendo-only users should be kept within limits. The previous title is an unprecedented masterpiece, with the highest ratings only a few titles can match.
Zelda Tears of the Kingdom – what is known so far?
The successor to the launch title of the Nintendo Switch has been postponed several times. The development took more than six years. Considering the fact that the game engine and graphics have mostly stayed the same, a lot of time and work must have gone into the world design, gameplay and story.
The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild achieved a score of 97 on Metacritic. The expectations of the successor to the timeless masterpiece from Nintendo’s hit forge are correspondingly high. The Legend of Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom (buy now €57.31) is scheduled for release worldwide on Friday, May 12, 2023. The game has already been rated E10+ in the US and Canada. This corresponds to a USK 12 in Germany.

These brochures are primarily aimed at less well-informed customers who have little to do with gaming and who buy consoles and games for third parties, in case of doubt their children or grandchildren. Unsurprisingly, that prospectus lists that The Legend of Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom can be played docked on the TV, in tabletop mode, and, thanks to the Switch’s handheld capability, also on mobile.
