After seeing many films and series in the MCU in recent years, Marvel Studios tried their hand at a special presentation for the first time around Halloween. Werewolf by Night told the story of the character of the same name from the comics – embodied by actor Gael García Bernal. Shortly before Christmas, another project of this kind followed with the Holiday Special of the Guardians of the Galaxy. And apparently Special Presentations will continue in the future.
New Halloween projects on the way?
Insider Daniel Richtman has revealed to his Patreon followers that Marvel may already have at least two more projects planned for Disney Plus. And apparently the world of monsters and creatures should once again be in focus. The publication of the Special Presentations is therefore again planned for the Halloween time window. It is not yet known which characters will take on the lead role.

Of course, it is also conceivable that the story of some new characters from Werewolf by Night will be told. Elsa Bloodstone (Laura Donnelly) or Man-Thing (Carey Jones) would be candidates here. There are many other characters in the Marvel Comics that could serve as a template for an MCU Special Presentation. And maybe later we will see the characters on the big screen in the cinema.
Phase 5 of the MCU will start soon
For example, films like Blade starring Mahershala Ali would be a place for the characters. The launch is scheduled for September 4, 2024. But fans don’t have to wait that long for the start of phase 5 of the Multiverse saga. Ant-Man and the Wasp: Quantumania will be released in cinemas on February 15, 2023. Other highlights in the coming year include Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 3, The Marvels, Season 2 of Loki and Secret Invasion.
