Dying Light 2 Stay Human’s Tymon Smektala previews new content coming in 2023.
The developers of Dying Light 2 Stay Human look back on 2022 and give a little preview of what players can expect in 2023.
In the following video below, franchise director Tymon Smektala talks about Dying Light 2 Stay Human and gives a little preview of the new content to come in 2023.
Thus, the studio is working on improvements to night gameplay, co-op progression and wants to implement “more effective, more brutal, more varied physical combat”. There are also new weapon types and some new enemies.
Tymon Smektala said: “In early 2022 we released Dying Light 2 Stay Human to great acclaim. Since then we’ve been working non-stop on the game and listening closely to your feedback. We’ve released more than ten updates, added new features and content like Photo Mode and New Game+, and overhauled, improved, and balanced almost every system in the game.”
“But that’s not all, some improvements need time to be implemented. For a few months now we have been working on the much-anticipated and important changes to the game, such as the overall night experience, and I can already promise you that it will be even scarier.”
“In addition, the fights will be even more effective, brutal, varied and physical, and the co-op experience will be greatly improved, with much-needed saves for co-op progression. There are new enemies, we are working on new weapon types and, well, 2023 is shaping up to be a very exciting year for Dying Light 2 Stay Human.”
More details are set to be announced on the first anniversary of Dying Light 2 Stay Human on February 4th, 2023.
