Oscar Wolontis intervened in the media frame of Gamelab of Tenerife: the COO of the Hazelight studios shared some interesting reflections on the new cooperative game by Josef Fares after It Takes Two to the microphones of GameReactor.eu.
The General Manager of the Swedish software house has confirmed (if ever there was still a need) that the interactive experience offered by the Hazelight’s next video game will focus entirely on the co-op, just like the company’s past works such as A Way Out e il Game of the Year dei TGA 2021 It Takes Two.
Wolontis confirms the cooperative vocation of the next video game created by the volcanic Josef Fares explaining how “we have specialized in this kind of experience, it is no longer a secret. We have learned so much from the past, I am referring in particular to It Takes Two and A Way Out. We were able to create those adventures because we learned to work so well together, so we will not throw this experience away“.
The COO of Hazelight then cites the work done by his team to shape the Nintendo Switch port of It Takes Two and points out that “Switch is a console with a very different format from that of the other platforms on which we launched It Takes Two. We want to continue to be present on that platform. But we are also very proud of the success achieved by the title with localizations in languages such as Japanese, Spanish and German, the users have been very happy with it”.
