Silent Hill The Short Message it had been evaluated in September by the Game Rating and Administration Committee of Korea, without however any indication regarding the target platform. Now we know something more.
The Taiwan Digital Game Rating Committee also rated the game, specifying the platform, i.e. PlayStation 5, the only one indicated on the classification page. At this point the suspicions that spoke of The Short Message as a demo or a playable teaser are being fed, Dusk Golem had no doubts about this but was unable to provide specific indications about it.
In the fall, Konami announced the relaunch of Silent Hill with four different projects: Silent Hill 2 Remake, Silent Hill Ascension, Silent Hill Townfall e Silent Hill f while no game titled Silent Hill The Short Message has been announced. If initially one could think of a code name of one of the projects mentioned, the fact that The Short Message has also been evaluated in Taiwan in the past few hours makes this hypothesis implausible.
At the moment, everything is silent on the part of the Japanese publisher and the nature of Silent Hill The Short Message has not yet been revealed, so everything is shrouded in mystery. Will we know more in 2023?
