Massive Monster published small teaser of the first major update Cult of the Lamb, which will add heavy attacks to the game. The update will be free and will be released next year.
The main character will be able to perform one heavy attack with each type of weapon, causing additional damage to his opponents. The fresh teaser also hints at upcoming changes to boss fights.
At the same time, heavy attacks are just part of the new content. The developers said that along with the update, the game will include features that many fans have been asking for. The changes will affect “the depth, complexity, accessibility and quality of life.”
It is not known exactly when the upcoming content update will be released. Prior to its release, the team is going to fix many problems with the console version of the game.
Cult of the Lamb is available on Nintendo Switch, PlayStation, Xbox and PC. The game gets very good reviews, and its publisher even thinks about creating an animated series.
