Popular aggregator Metacritic published the top best games for 2022 for Nintendo Switch. The list of forty titles is based on critical reviews. In first place was the Portal Companion Collection with 96 points out of 100.
Second place goes to the Japanese role-playing game Persona 5 Royal, which was rated at 94 points. It is noteworthy that all other games in the top could not score more than 90 points. Also in the top five were Xenoblade Chronicles 3, NieR: Automata – The End of YoRHa Edition and Atari 50: The Anniversary Celebration.
