Just before the New Year, Koei Tecmo introduced a new project in the Action RPG genre called Fate/Samurai Remnant. The game is based on the popular Fate franchise, which includes games, anime and manga. It is already known that Miyamoto Musashi from the mobile RPG Fate / Grand Order will appear among the characters.
Fate/Samurai Remnant is being developed by Omega Force, an in-house studio known for numerous musou projects. It is possible that the novelty will have similar gameplay, although the first trailer did not show massive battles. The game is being developed under the supervision of Type-Moon, the creators of the original series, and in production cooperation with the anime company Aniplex.
Fate/Samurai Remnant will release in 2023 on PC, PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5 and Nintendo Switch.
