The Bespoke AI Oven oven is equipped with a 7-inch touch screen. It integrates with the Samsung smart home system via Wi-Fi connection, and the SmartThings Cooking platform allows you to set timers, preheat the oven or watch video from the internal camera on a synchronized smartphone.
According to Samsung, the internal camera, combined with an AI algorithm, is able to determine what exactly the user is going to cook in order to recommend the optimal temperature, mode and cooking time. The oven can send notifications to the user’s smartphone that food may burn. The camera can be used to take pictures of the food being cooked or even broadcast the cooking process online.
The Bespoke AI Oven is compatible with Samsung Health and can analyze your workout data and help you adjust your diet based on what products are available. According to reports, Samsung’s smart oven will go on sale in Europe in the near future, and in North America in the middle of the year.
In addition to this, Samsung has announced the Bespoke Wall Mount Hood. It integrates into the smart home ecosystem and, at maximum power, emits noise at a level of up to 65 decibels. According to the developers, the novelty is able to ventilate up to 20 m³ of air per minute. The hood can sync with the Samsung Smart Cooktop to automatically adjust the ventilation intensity based on what is being cooked. The design includes an air quality sensor. If the device detects a deterioration in air quality, the user will receive a notification on their smartphone and recommendations for correcting the situation.
Another novelty is the Bespoke 4-Door Flex 4-door interior refrigerator with support for the Family Hub platform and a larger 32-inch touch screen. It is noted that the screen has become almost 50% larger compared to previous models. The display supports the ability to run multiple applications at the same time. The refrigerator is compatible with the SmartThings Hub platform, so it can be integrated with other compatible devices.
As in previous models, an artificial intelligence camera is placed inside the refrigerator, which will allow you to analyze labels and images of stored products. The Bespoke 4-Door Flex interior refrigerator will be available in North America and South Korea in the first half of the year.
Another interior side-by-side Bespoke refrigerator is presented in a minimalist design with a front panel that can be made of glass or stainless steel. Like 4-Door Flex, it supports integration with the SmartThings platform. The developers have implemented advanced technologies for storing and cooling products in the refrigerator. This model will go on sale in the US in March.
