The horror series The Conjuring has spawned three films so far. A fourth is already in the works, but could complete the franchise.
The Conjuring films are all based on paranormal investigators Ed (Patrick Wilson) and Lorraine Warren (Vera Farmiga). The first three films have given us goosebumps and fans can’t wait to see the fourth. However, in an interview with Collider, director James Wan hints that he could close the series:
“Yes, we are working on it at the moment. The Conjuring films are very important to us. So we want to take the time to make sure we’re doing it right and that the emotions of the Warren stories that we want to tell and that we might want to complete are just the right thing, the right story that we’re telling.”
