World War Z, Saber’s cooperative horror, never stops evolving. The US software house announces the imminent launch of the Update Next Gen in video, an update that promises to bring many new features for fans of the post-apocalyptic shooter on PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X / S.
The splatter-tinged experience set in the horror dimension of the Paramount Pictures film of the same name will expand very soon with the arrival of theUpdate Next Gen di World War Z Aftermath.
The new version of the cooperative horror will bring graphic modes that will exploit the computational power of the latest generation Sony and Microsoft consoles, with the possibility of preferring the resolution (4K) or the framerate (60fps). Existing owners of the PS4 or Xbox One version of World War Z Aftermath will be able to download the Next Gen Update for free starting at Tuesday 24 January.
Also scheduled for January 24 is the launch of theHorde XL, an exclusive mode for PC, PS5 and Xbox Series X/S which will give users the opportunity to try their hand at a challenge that is, to say the least, difficult: scattered among the normal waves of enemies there will in fact be aspecial horde with over 1,000 zombies!
To accompany the Update Next Gen there will then be a free package (also on PS4 and Xbox One) which will include devastating new weapons and a renewed progression system for the equipment unlocked by the survivors.
